Having a skilled mechanic diagnose issues reported with unit
Having a Shop Manager look up and source parts needed for repairs
Making contact with customer to discuss repairs needed
Within 30 days of invoice being paid if customer was to purchase new unit this paid fee will be credited towards the purchase, so please keep your receipts!
